Three divisions, built to work as one.
They are sold separately. They were designed to be cross-utilized inside the same building, in all 17 markets, which is what makes the one-stop claim real rather than a slogan.

Asset-Based Trucking
DetailAsset-based means the truck is ours and the driver is ours. When a window is at risk there is no carrier to call and no excuse to relay, which is the entire point.
When a window is at risk, the person who can move a truck answers the phone.
- Built for air freight. The fleet hauls a high share of air freight and priority packages against strict pickup and delivery times, which is a different discipline from general dry van work.
- Roller-bed capable. 53ft roller-bed trailers for palletized air cargo, alongside swing-door and roll-door dry vans.
- Employees, not contractors. Peak drivers are company employees rather than owner-operators on contract, which is what makes accountability and consistency enforceable rather than negotiable.
- Dispatch inside the network. Dispatch sits in Louisville, inside the same operation as the docks the freight is moving between.

Air Cargo Handling
DetailAbout 80% of the package handling operation is expedited air freight. That work does not forgive a missed window, which is why the handling standard is set at the package rather than the pallet.
Your time-critical freight is handled by people who are measured on the window, not on throughput.
- Just-in-time discipline. Air cargo and priority freight arrive against fixed pickup and delivery windows. The handling team is built around those windows rather than around a shift schedule.
- Full scope at the dock. Packaging, labeling, sorting, loading and unloading, all handled inside a Peak facility by the Peak team that works there.
- Handled where it lands. Every handling station sits inside the air cargo footprint of its market, which is what keeps the distance between the aircraft and the dock short.

Warehousing & Cross-Dock
DetailStorage is not a side business here. It is the connective tissue: the reason a shipment can wait out a schedule change without ever leaving Peak's floor.
You stop paying a separate 3PL to hold freight that your carrier is going to collect anyway.
- One roof, one company. Handling, storage, and outbound transport run under a single operator in the same building. Nothing gets lost in a handoff between vendors because there is no handoff.
- Freight of all kinds. General freight alongside air cargo, with lumper and transport services available against stored freight.
- Cross-dock on call. Cross-dock capacity at every station for freight that needs to move through rather than sit.
Most partners start with one division and end up using three.
